This policy applies to disputes related to:
- Items bought or sold through the Ugsell platform.
- Communication or transactions conducted on Ugsell.
- Claims of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of terms.
2. Initial Resolution Between Parties
We encourage users to try and resolve disputes directly through open and respectful communication. Most issues can be resolved quickly when both parties cooperate in good faith.
3. Filing a Dispute with Ugsell
If a resolution is not reached, either party may escalate the issue to Ugsell by emailing support@ugsell.com with the following information:
- Full names and contact details of both parties.
- Description of the item or service involved.
- A clear explanation of the issue.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, receipts, messages, etc.).
4. Ugsell’s Review Process
Our support team will:
- Review the information provided.
- Contact both parties for clarification.
- Make a fair and impartial decision based on our platform policies and available evidence.
Please note that Ugsell is not a party to the actual transaction between buyer and seller. However, we will do our best to mediate disputes and guide users toward a fair resolution.
5. Decisions and Actions
Based on the outcome of the review, Ugsell may:
- Recommend a refund or item return.
- Take disciplinary action against users violating our terms (e.g., warnings, suspensions, or bans).
- Instruct both parties on further steps, if needed.
6. Limitations
- Ugsell does not guarantee refunds or replacement of items.
- Disputes must be filed within 7 days of the transaction date.
- We reserve the right to refuse disputes we find to be false, abusive, or outside our scope.
