Welcome to Ugsell, a classified marketplace connecting buyers and sellers in Uganda. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Ugsell, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility

3. User Responsibilities
Buyers: Ensure that you inspect products or services before making payments.
Sellers: Provide honest, clear, and complete information about your products or services.
Do not post illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
Do not use Ugsell for any unlawful purpose.
4. Listings and Content
Ugsell reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listings or user content that violate our policies or Ugandan laws.
All listings must be for genuine products or services available in Uganda.
You are responsible for your posted content and any consequences resulting from it.
5. Payments and Transactions
Ugsell does not handle payments directly between buyers and sellers. All transactions are done at your own risk. Always verify and confirm before making any payment.
6. Prohibited Items
You may not list the following:
Illegal goods or services
Stolen property
Weapons, drugs, or counterfeit items
Harmful or adult content

7. Account Suspension or Termination
Ugsell reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate any part of these terms.
You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
You misuse the platform or create multiple fake accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ugsell is not liable for:
Any direct or indirect losses due to transactions on the platform.
The quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
Disputes between users (though we offer support via our dispute policy).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
